If you book a weekend stay you may add on an extra night for $250/night plus tax

- A $200 deposit is due upon reservation.
- Deposit is non-refundable, unless notice of cancellation is made within 90 days of your stay.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. If payment is not made within 30 days, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount.
- Minnesota tax is 6.875%.
- If using credit card, an extra charge of 3.75% will be added.
For weekend rentals, arrival time is 3:00 pm Friday. However, an earlier arrival time can usually be arranged if that is desired.
